Review Of Super Hotel O Parao Formerly Cozy Inn

We have to face many issues like dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, Washroom condition are nasty, Cockroaches and bedbugs are running everywhere. When we ask for Wi-Fi password they told us that wifi is not working, When we wake up in morning we find out that there is no water supply.

The real hotel does not look anything like in the photos on MMT. It’s terrible, after looking at the rooms I chose to not stay in the hotel even though the charges were non-refundable. Book this hotel if you like smelly and shady places.

Hi, I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Hotel O Pararo Cozy Inn. I had booked an AC room but was given a non-AC room on the first day. The next day, although I was shifted to an AC room, it was extremely dirty — the blanket and toilet were unhygienic. Despite repeated requests at the reception over 2-3 days, the room was never cleaned. The hotel staff were rude, uncooperative, and not at all supportive. This was a terrible experience, and I will never consider staying here again.

Location was not easy to find. Didn't availed food services. Amenities and services are worst as room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom was messy. Air conditioning was not working though the employee there told me about it but at last minute I didn't change the hotel. But they allotted good rooms to those who came earlier and gave cash booking so then what's the point of booking earlier with make my trip. I gues no point. Worst service. Some leakage was also there in the room.

The air conditioning worked just fine despite the heat wave. The room temperature was kept at a comfortable level. No coldness as in some hotel rooms causing you to freeze was there.

It just felt like home away from home. The welcoming service along with the friendliness made it very special. Super clean and cozy.

Many regards to the management team. Everything was arranged to suit our tastes, and we were delighted with the arrangement.

the staff came within minuts and checked it. Sorted the issue very fast. I liked their fast service and quick response.

The service was ten on ten. They have very generous hospitality and the service was pompt. If you want to visit one, this hotel can be an option.

The stay was v ery home-like. The rooms are very good and there is someone to attend on one call. This certainly makes everything worth it. So good feeling

I loved my stay here. The rooms were really spacious and cleanliness was very well maintained. Enjoyed my stay!

The atmosphere, the cozy rooms, the food, everything is perfect, it is a perfect getaway! Highly recommended!
