Poor receptionist as she made us wait for more than 20 minutes to check in. In buffet dinner, it was pure veg mentioning that there are many Jain people residing so no non veg. But next day morning in breakfast, everything was available. Room service was also not good, as basic accessories were not there

Convenient location, walking distance to Dargha. The hotel facilities were neat and clean and very well designed. Exceptional value for money. The service at reception was polite and efficient. The bell boy Bhawani was very helpful and helped provide travel suggestions and mode of transport. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Bar man made the best "Old Fashioned" I have had.

Brand new property. Huge size room on a high floor with good views from the window. Excellent bed and wash room. Ample parking in the mall. Good food options in the hotel and the mall next door. Location in a slightly tight location but very close to Ajmer Sharif darhah so an excellent facility for people interested

Very bad service I told them- I have to leave at 6 in the morning pls ready my breakfast in the morning- staff at reception said we noted Mam it will be ready.. next day when I was leaving and I told about my breakfast then they said we don’t know to whom you said.. they charged for morning breakfast but didn’t provide me a breakfast.. very bad staff and very bad service..

It was a great experience. The property is really nice with neat, tidy and spacious rooms. It had all the basic amenities. The breakfast buffet was also very nice with a lot of options. Had a wonderful stay

Awful stay, bathroom was stinking all the time and eventually spread in room as well. AC takes 2 hours to get to normal temperature. Overall terrible experience.
