Disappointed , never book this property

Amenities like TV. It did not work every time we have to call the housekeeping person to fix it and then AC in the night. It turns off automatically I don't know what but I think they were saving the light and if we have to call the housekeeping person, they say their first call at reception or else we will not provide any service to you. And they did not mention anywhere that we will not provide anything to the driver as I have travelled a lot too many hotels also and everybody provide the driver facilities, but they said no we cannot provide any provision to the driver after requesting tons of time to at least provide one quilt so that he can sleep peacefully in the car, but they denied it very rudely that was like not Next week, when we check out, they did not even ask about the keys, and then the keys were with us. Unfortunately, we forgot to give them back and the guy called me and said that come back and give a gift to us. That was very rude, though we have given them Also, when we check out early as we have booked the breakfast, they just gave us four bananas and four sandwich in the breakfast in the part one, and they promised that they will give us different items too, but they did not give it and the sandwiches they gave us. They were not good at all. We did not eat it rather with threw them.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The property is well maintained with spotless rooms and thoughtfully designed interiors. The hotel is very close to the railway station, so it can be easily found within a 5-minute auto rickshaw ride. The hotel staff are very cooperative and humble, especially in the restaurant area. Overall, the amenities and service are quite good; however, the room size is a bit small

Disappointing stay. The listing was misleading, no non-smoking rooms and smoking was only allowed on the terrace. Wi-Fi worked for just two devices, which was very inconvenient. Definitely not as advertised.

So it was a 2 day trip to Ajmer and I was travelling with my family. We stayed for one night and I cannot begin to tell you how memorable and pleasant our stay was. The staff were the best, so kind and so helpful. They provided us an early check in and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are as described in the pictures.
