My stay at Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire in Ajmer was truly a delightful experience. stay was good. one or two small things were there like the vent of ac in the room is just over the head and if we change our direction then back support is not there. when I got the room then flush stopped working but they repaired it. I wanted two keys of the room but they denied it by saying that room keys are limited and they have full house so they can't provide. these were some small issues. I asked for breakfast in the room as I have to leave in hurry so they agreed to it and gave in the room. Nice Hotel. Variety of complimentary BF can be more. Hygiene maintained. Does not have much staff for Service. Luggage was taken in and out by us only. No one came for service. But, the staff is good.

In spite of the new Property the Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire Ajmer location was easily traced, the food and other amenities were good.. Service needs to be a little more prompt and speedy.
