Idukki castle room was very clean and neat. Reception staff and room attendants were very good. Overall hospitality was excellent.

Pleasant stay. Neat and hygiene rooms. Only temporary issue is the lack of restaurant in the hotel. The hotel team tries to compensate by helping in getting food from nearby restaurant for a small delivery charge. Overall good hospitality. I hope it will be better when the restaurant opens.

The receptionist lady was very cordial and cooperative. She has really helped us in seeing the places around. She has even arranged various items for us as per our demand.
