Nice place to stay, near to calvary mount and idukki dam point. Rooms are maintained neat and clean 5 star

Location was awesome but 40km away from main munnar. The hotel is situated in middle of mountains and having a surprising view. Food: hotel having a average restaurant with limited staff. Amenities: working pool, nice viewed balcony rooms and rooms having all basic required services. I suggest please book only "mountain view chalets" which are worth of why we pay. Services: staff is really polite but as hotel is on hill the rooms are also located far from each other.

Pros: the room was spacious with a comfortable lounge area as well. Bathroom was excellent. There was a beautiful balcony with a view. Cons: balcony had a view but no seating arrangement so it was difficult to enjoy the view for a longer period. Dental kit was not provided in the bathroom. Our main concern was no hot water when required. When complained about it they were preparing the hot water separately and provided which is a big drawback. I booked pool view rooms and i was given completely different rooms but the resort people didn't even bother to talk with us before providing or changing. Swimming pool was bit dirty and there was no regular cleaning.

We not get booked booked rooms. Hotel management said my booked rooms is to cost so can't take that room an he is arrange another basis room

the hospitality, room was clean,check in and check out , respect while arriving and overall experience was very good..nice experience in our makemytrip
