It was not a good experience to stay in hotel ganga residency, it's better to stay in lodge rather than staying in this hotel.

Poor service. Dirty rooms. Staff behaviour poor, not water, no a. C. , worthless stay. Nervier go there

Staff and even manager behaviour is worst they don't know about hospitality. Ac is leaking my hole suitcase is wet. Overall very worst experience. It's a request just don't waste your money too experience this type of mess.

This hotel is a perfect and comfortable place to stay and you can just show up for room and buffet system for breakfast on make my trip.

Hotel not clean and room service was not ok

The room is like an average hotel with a balcony offering a view of the city, including the garbage. I believe makemytrip updated the hotel without conducting any inspection to determine whether it has a 3-star facility or is just ordinary.

Room was not clean also blankets which was there was dirty. I had to pay for drinking water also. Amenities was not there.

It was too much costly when we book hotel through mmt, normal in that hotel we book a room of amount 1500 and for same thing mm t charge 2115. Make my services is very poor, hotel services is good, no issue from hotel side

The staff at the hotel is totally unprofessional and unethical. They do not know how to talk and how to behave. Zero recommendations

Stay was good in between market

Room service was good and food quality and quantity was good.
TV channel was not available they are showing only free channel and they have only 2 mode of payment Cash or Card and even by card they are charging 12% extra.

Very neat and clean rooms and very well managed systems are needed to be appreciated. The location and room arrangement are also very good and completely its value for money. I'm delighted with the hotel.
