Poor Stay

The room was not clean. It had a used cigarette on the floor. When i asked for a spare blanket due to the cold, i got a very dirty blanket with stains. Called room service twice for a water bottle but still didn't receive it. I have stayed at this place before and previous experiences have been good, but this has to be my last stay here.
