Review Of Bilberry Hotel

There was no security and privacy. A stranger knocked on my room with my name and asked me to open the gate at 10. 30 PM. when I asked him how he came to know my name, he said the hotel reception told him about me and my room details. How can they share my room details with any stranger without my permission. This is completely terrifying.

Good location and best team, best behavior good food big size room best facility thanks for all staff.

While booking my room they told the breakfast is complimentary but here complimentary is like ration system. We can only eat eat limited food like 2 plain roti and curry. If it goes over that we have to pay the amount. Same for dinner also

The stay is pathetic. They claim to be 3 star hotel and when u look at room it is lower than any normal hotel. No facilities. No slipper, bathrobe, toiletries or essential. Room is dirty with stains. Fan was making noise. Ac wasn't cooling. I had breakfast included while booking. The breakfast option is limited. No fruits or juices available. There was some fights going on. Food delivery took 1 hr 30min. It's better to stay at local hotel than paying such high rate

Property location is little bit conjusted in rewari local. Regarding food - ordered chinese food at dinner but did not like it due to poor preparation. Regarding amenities - bathroom condition was not good especially shower was in bad condition. Regarding services - i really appreciate prompt services by staff.

Cleanliness can be improve. Water is leaking in bathroom. Room is not clean proper. Behavior staff is good and food quality also good.

No botheration of client making phone calls at reception. Late service. No satisfactory response from anyone except parking guard.
