Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at your hotel. The bathroom was extremely dirty – there was no flush, no shower, and the mirror was broken. The room had iron grills installed above the bed, which was uncomfortable and unsafe. I was even given toilet water (from a bucket) to use, and when I refused, your staff very rudely said: “Yahi hai, jo hai. Aur chahiye to bahar se le lo.” This is not acceptable hospitality by any standard. It reflects poor management, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no customer respect.
