Clean near spacious property, perfect location if you are catching the toy train to Ooty from Mettupalayam

The hotel was very neat and the service provided was very satisfactory. The food was very tasty. Overall good stay

Poor Maintenance. Staffs are not friendly. They have Event rooms then focused only on that. No privacy for the guests.

Rooms were good. No complementary water or breakfast. towels were provided. Location was accessible.

I had asked for early check-in, by 10am on 29april. The hotel earlier in feb mid mentioned they can provide a room with a 40% of the room rent paid. But when i called before the arrival they asked for one day rent for 2hrs extra. We were sitting in the lobby with a 6 months old lobby and two senior citizens for 2hrs. The staff mentioned they have rooms, but they will not provide. They say their md has given strict instructions. What kind of hotel is this. The staff why did you pay in makemytrip, that's why we are treating you like this. Pathetic.

Good for rooms. We can stay family and business meetings

Pros: The hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are hygiene. Very prime location, closest to bus stand. Cons: The shower did not serve hot water, the A/C machines are bit old model.

Hotel is good, maintenance and cleanliness. But the restaurant didn't have much food options. Staff is very strict with check in time, they charge double charge for early check in.

During night generator sound and diesel smell, dirty water. Too much of charge for food.

Poor facilities in the room. Ac was making so much of noise

Toilet condition very poor. Smells bad. Room and overall cleanliness has to be improved. No hot water

The smell from the bathroom. The hotel looks nice. There is a bar on the ground floor but you will not have any issue inside the room. Near to Railway station and Bus Station. Better you get food at nearby restaurants around 300 mtr distance if you are travelling with family.

Worst experience. No ventilation. Rooms n toilet not clean. Very old building inside.

Ok average but improve hotels staff

Very affordable and nice to stay with family. Food also good. Rooms cleanliness is also good.

Bad rooms, no service, arrogant staffs. I think MakeMyTrip has to remove such hotels from your list to retain your reputation. I had to listen to leaking bathroom tap the whole night, it was like staying beside a falls whole night with terrible sound. I informed them about the leak, but they didn't help.

Comfortable room. But no hot water

Food in the restaurant was very good.
Keep it up, The only odd issue is that they don't accept card payment, They insist on cash. Very inconvenient to carry cash.

Not good, much more money, your service is very bad, waste for money, hotel communication is not good.
