Horrible place with nothing. Except a bed no other facility. Horrible maintenance. No cleaned for years. Shabby environment and nobody is available. Most dirtiest and a filthy place.

I called them more than 20 times, they never picked up or called us back. Absoluetly zero response. I have completely wasted my money on it. Very poor customer support. One of the number picked a call and said its a wrong number.

Stay had water leakage from the ceiling due to rain which was not rectified till next day morning.

The property was not upto the mark for the price listed. The entrance was too shabby with all godown kind of stuff stuffed at the entrance. I had to think twice before i entered. Since it was late night and was only for a night stay i had compromised myself. Request makemytrip to check the property before listing it on board which will help customers in choosing a right property for stay.

Nice view from room. But could have been a better stay. Value for money. Silence. Nearby foods are tastes good.

As said before, this is neither a hotel nor a restaurant but two rooms in the middle of a banana farm with hen, duck and dogs around. There are many expensive and normal hotels within walkable distance, black thunder theme park is just outside the gate, backside to your room, caretaker lives with his family. If you are a nature lover you might like it. Otherwise, you might get disappointed.

There’s nothing to worry about safety measures, as there’s no specific staff there, there’s only one care taker family stays in the premises.

As we checked in at 11 pm, they didn't do temperature check and they didn't follow covid rules like sanitising, wearing mask etc. Food were not provided. But there are restaurants near to the hotel. Only 2 rooms are there, one is ac and the other is non ac. The room is small no mirror, no curtains. Had spider webs in room and bathroom.

No professionalism. No actual hotel staff around. A family stays near by and they could help you with something’s.
The place seem to be safe. It’s near a farm. Nothing professional in here. It feels like you are a guest in a village house. Had to wait for half hour to get the room cleaned. The room is basic at best. Toilet is ok types. No food from hotel. Had to go out to get food which luckily is just a walk away. One good thing is i could park my bike in front of the room.

Overall good location, good atmosphere, good facilities

Team took needed precautions to ensure the safety standards as per government norms. The rooms provided were of quality and i would like to recommend this property as it's very easily accessible and you can have private space and it should work as a good transit place for travellers travel-ling to ooty. As this is in the border of reserve forest you will have options to see some of the wild animals of you are lucky enough

It was way good than we expected. We were satisfied with the place. Nice location and comfortable to stay
