Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed and shocked by the actual condition of the room provided. The room was completely pathetic, unhygienic, and unsuitable for staying, contrary to the description and pictures shown on your app. The property manager/owner showed no responsibility and the environment was unsafe and uncomfortable. This experience not only caused me distress but also reflects poorly on the reliability of your platform. Allowing such properties to be listed misleads customers and damages trust in your service. I kindly request: 1. Immediate review and removal of this property from your listings so that no other guest has to face such a terrible experience. 2. A refund/compensation for the booking, considering the stay was completely unacceptable. Please treat this matter as urgent and take strict action against the property for misrepresentation and poor standards. I am also attaching photos/videos as evidence (if required). Looking forward to your quick response and resolution.

I had booked rooms for my friend’s marriage.. The room was very bad.. No one could have arranged a worse room than this.

Worst hotel I have ever seen they don't have minimum sense of cleaning full dirty. Taking advantage of tourist people and putting more charges for room and no towels, no soap, and no hygiene from entrance hotel was not good and the showing picture in hotel photo it's completely different. This hotel worth of 500rs not more than that stay away from this hotel

Don't choose this for low budget, it's very poor staff service and rooms are very very worst, like dirty bathrooms, no blankets, no mat out of the bathroom, they need to pay additional payment for the room, since we pay already payment

Location good, hygiene and safety: horrible too expensive. Not worth it. Actual worth is in between 800 to 1000 for ac rooms.

It was very bad experience to stay in hotel saravana bhavan at mettupalay. Room are smelly, bathroom was very bad. No communication from room to connect reception. He has charged extra amount also from me to stay in this property. I can't recommend to anyone for this. Very terrible property it is.

We booked ordinary rooms for families but the ordinary rooms are not suitable for families they are very worst. Kindly mention that ordinary rooms are not suitable for families.
