Wonderful experience at SV Grand Mettupalayam

I stayed with my family there on 7th August 2025. The staff were courteous and helpful. The prime location of the property near bus stand and railway station help to go wherever you want and it is easy to return due to its proximity to bus station. Shopping centres , super markets and food malls are in walkable distance. Highly recommended place to stay especially for those who are planning Mettupalayam - Ootty train travel.

Not value for money. They just encash the opportunity including makemy trip. i paid around 5000 ruppees just to stay one night as i cannot travel ooty during that night . hotel they not even provide free break fast and no water bottles. Hotel arrangement is decent but not value for given money.

They call themselves as a Luxurious hotel. They don’t provide towels unless you ask, no blankets, no tea/ coffee. When asked for tea they said it got over and asked for extra bed they said staff has gone for lunch and they would provide the bed when they were back. Had to make several phone calls in order to get anything.
