I recently stayed at Hotel Catnap in Mettupalayam, and I must say it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The first thing that impressed me was the neatness and cleanliness of the room. From the bed linen to the bathroom, everything was well-maintained and hygienic. The ambiance of the room was simple yet elegant, giving a calm and relaxed feel after a tiring journey. The staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of Hotel Catnap is its location — it’s conveniently close to the Mettupalayam Railway Station, which is perfect if you’re planning to catch the Ooty Heritage Train early morning. The surroundings of the hotel were peaceful, and despite being near the station, there was minimal noise disturbance.. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Catnap for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay in Mettupalayam, especially for travelers heading to Ooty

Room is good but there are not provides bath towels and tv is there but not given remote not given Wi-Fi password if u asking continue they will give password and after that they will switch off it nd no elevator

Room was clean, bathroom was clean . staff behaviour was good. near to bus and railway station

Hotel location is very good it is very near to Mettupalayam bus stand, but the infrastructure and maintenance is very below average and can still improve a lot. The room I stayed in was very small but the bathroom was abnormally large, also the lock of the room and tap of the bathroom was not working properly

yea this is nice experience and good looking rooms.. window side air level is very good.. get good sleep in night time

Location, food other services good, But Don't come with the family at night time, Because it's located near by the road, vehicles are going upto 1 am, so can't able to sleep properly.

It was a decent hotel. The staffs were approachable and friendly. Had a nice stay. The rooms were neat and clean

It’s very worst experience, mosquitoes bites, restroom are not up to the standard, bed and bedsheets are very old, checked out with in 1 hour still waiting for refund, make my trip and both hotel managements are not agreeing for refund they are simply saying no refund booking so we can’t do anything

Verified before check in. Very clumsy, dirty n horrible. Its not a hotel for family and decent people. Hence left the place n checked into nearby good hotel thougb it was 4k plus. I didn't cant-act you as it was mentioned non refundable

The stay was decent. But the rooms were in 2nd floor and there was no lift. Hence climbing with the luggage was difficult. However, very near to the station and on the main road and near to restaurants and provision stores. Room was near and staff were courteous

The property was not clean and not comfortable at all. The washroom was too small. The non ac room was not at all clean

No restaurant, ac noise is disturbing. The are not professionals. Very bad experience. Amnesties are nothing.

The location is pretty close to station and bus stop right on the main road. The service is really good
