My experience at Divya Hotel was disappointing due to several shortcomings in basic amenities and facilities. Firstly, towels and shampoo were not provided, which is a standard expectation in any hotel. The hanger in the room was broken, and the bed had a foam base instead of a proper mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The washroom was another major issue. The flush was not working, which caused inconvenience, and the ventilation was poorly designed. To make matters worse, the washroom's ventilation opened directly toward the entry gate, which was highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, the lack of attention to basic guest needs and poor maintenance made the stay far from comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Hotel is easy to locate, situated in a pleasant area. Rooms are decent with adequate comfort and the price is was also good

Staff is good. Location is ok. the restaurant serves good n value for money food.

If you are driving on your own the location is a big disadvantage. Rooms are very ordinary and services are not upto the mark. The restaurant is managed separately and quite good.

Hotel management are interested only foreigners but room services are very bad. No communication system in the Rooms, such as intercom/telephone or even no bell to call a waiter. Only one waiter managing gr. floor to 2nd floor. Bed sheets are not clean. No generator. AC is working but in case of power cut, even Fan also useless. Manager does not have any information about room condition. though he beehive very nice with customer.
