Rooms are small and washroom not very clean

check in was smooth and I got room upgrade without my request, which is awesome and food was superb. As I love coffee, here it is very good.

Hotel diplomat Residency is not having smart tv in all rooms i have to change my room three times .lot of junk waste kept out side rooms

Very convenient location at Lajpat Nagar near main market and metro station … polite staff , very tasty breakfast .. big rooms with nice decorations .. neatly maintained property , decent level of cleanliness.. very much satisfied .

Location ok. Amenities ok. Services ok. Food is only fine. Can't say good or ok. I had only breakfast. So tea is ok. But alloo's pratha is fine only. And pickles is also fine only. Can't say good or ok.

Rooms with antique furnitures. Peaceful atmosphere. Bathroom was neat and tidy. And arrangements to dry clothes was good

The night manager was kind of rude. The property is average. The rooms are not good, not bad, but yeah, you can an average stay and the breakfast was good, but can be improved. Proper training was not given to the night manager. Breakfast was added complimentary in our package, but still at the checkout he was charging us for all the days, also the things which we not eat in the mini bar, where charge on the checkout as well, so we have overall experience was average, but yeah can be improve.

Firstly the check in very smooth and quick even though had arrived a bit early than the check in time the lady at counter was very polite and welcoming i really appreciate her working as a very good professional . Breakfast in the morning was also very good i always stay at this hotel during my visit to delhi.

Location is Good and directly accessible from Main road Food options available were little, but available food was tasty and good. Bathroom was provided with Tub, essential toiletries ware available.

The stay was beyond expectations. The room has really pretty interiors and the vibe is cozy. Location is perfect and the staff is humble and courteous. Great stay and must recommended.
