My stay at Hotel Diplomet was a truly wonderful experience. The staff was extremely supportive and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty dishes that made the dining experience delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the room, which made the visit even more memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel Diplomet to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a scenic experience.

Had a good stay,Highly cooperative staff and Receptionist.helped with early check in and upgraded to a nice room with view,at no extra cost.clean and hygienic rooms.

Over charging for everything food and all room was very bad in condition no wifi no tv working..very bad experience

Must visit this place. Food is excellent. Staff is cooperative . Location is near to IGMc and mall road and lakkar bazar.

I have not stayed at the property as it was very filthy had to book a another hotel paying. Extra cost

Cleanliness is the major issue, Room is stinky and full of tobacco smell and second thing is the room size .. Its too 😕 Consjusted

Terrible place. Unhygienic, rooms were dirty even the room curtain had not been washed, one could clearly see the stains on the curtain and the also on the bedsheet would never recommend to anyone and the staff is not cooperative at all zero service i would

It was good stay and hotest staff were very good and corporative, food was delicious. The only think i didn't like the hotel room i feel-ed that room was not so good as per the rent. Rest everything was super awesome.

Wt f this app. The hotel room that we book in hill station(shimla) that was fully bad in condition there was another rooms also but they show us a very bad room in the basement. When we said that we want to cancel the booking then they was just saying to contact the company. And the company was didn't responding to us. Then they take more money and give us another room in basement. And there service was also very slow. That was very bad experience.

Location is very good as per shimla standards, food is good, bar is good though a bit costly, live music in evening, services are good, amenities are ok

Very bad room services and brake fast and not provide saving kit and toothbrush kit. Overall expirenced is very bad and driver room is not available

The room given to me was two storeys below. It had moisture on the walls. It was blackened. One window which opened in a back dingey ally. Food was costly so didn’t order. Only plus point was it’s location just on the ridge. It is situated just above the auckland tunnel. Just walking distance to the main ridge.

Really had a excellent trip with friend where the car service was fantastic. I am really enjoy..🙂
