It was very terrible experience of staying in hotel, no proper water supply in washroom! poor cleaning services! over all terrible experience staying in this hotel. I have taken images, staying in hotel was just terrible and waste of money. I have not taken images, staying in hotel was just terrible and waste of money!

Room was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the room we saw fungus on the wall which could have been dangerous for our health. We also found used condoms in one of our room. Bedsheets were not properly cleaned. Quilt's cover was dirty, when we first asked them to change the bedsheets they told us that the quilt cover is washed the stains are due to the moisture. But when we found used condoms in the room we again asked them to change the bedsheets and pillow covers. The pillow cover they used were not in good conditions. The pillow covers were also in bad condition. Overall i don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Those who are looking to stay with their family believe me you are going to ruin your shimla trip. I don't know how this hotel has passed all the checks from makemytrip amd govt. Oh i forgot to mention the geyser condition was also not good. It was in rusted condition but yeah it was working. The bucket and jug was also dirty.

The hotel rooms were very small, not even parking for two wheelers and the hotel was in a very conjusted area. They had geaser for 24 hours supply of hot water. They even provide hot water for drinking too.

Very bad experience with this hotel, very poor hygiene bathroom, bed, bedsheet pillow all are dirty moisture in the room. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone I change my hotel on the same night so you can imagine how bad it is.
