Review Of Hotel Boulevard, Shillong

The hotel bolevard is very good for a stay in Shillong, it's a very well behaved staffs and excellent service

room was not good. even the breakfast was not spreaded. no space in room but service was good.

There is no cleaness in room floor , room is very congested, fan slow working, I complained but no solution

Room is not good. The walls and ceilings are full of damps and fungus. But the food and the service is very good.

Room size is very small. Restaurant is good but only if you have complimentary breakfast and dinner/luch option otherwise very costly. Overall bit costly according to room size.

The location of the hotel is at a crowded place with lots of shops and restaurants, area is good for roaming and browsing through shops, the staff was helpful.

The property was not maintained well, it was a horrible experience staying in that hotel even for one night. I will attach pictures and videos to see the real situation of the room assigned. very overly priced, not even worth 1000Rs for which I paid . cabs can't go inside the lane, so we had to drag our luggage, no sign boards for the hotel, walls and ceiling has filthy seepage. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I trusted and you folks promoting such property and showing incorrect information on your portal has broken my trust. I lost trust . I had terrible experience staying in this hotel. Rooms were filthy , not maintained, seepage all over the ceilings, smell of dampness in the room

The hotel is next to the road, with constant noise all through. The walls have mold, making the stay very discomforting. There was a power cut and no generator was turned on, for 4 hours in the middle of the night, which is a scary situation for solo travellers. Power cut means one will not be able to use the room heaters, when it gets cold. Pros - Hotel Orchid has good food. Service was great! Servers are professional!

Overall, my stay at this Hotel was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and excellent hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable hotel experience.

It was clean and well maintained but the size of the room was too ****** the picture it was shown as different one but overall it was good

This hotel gave me first a very small room compared to what i booked and door lock was not working from inside. I complained, they said we don't have another room. When i said return my money, i don't want room. Then they changed my room. This room had seapage inside room and bathroom. Bathroom was hygienic but had foul smell due to no ventilation and seapage. The linen, glasses, tea amenities were good and hygienic.

Stayed at Hotel Boulevard for a night. Room was good enough for a couple. Food at Bistro was good too but slightly expensive. Location is great as it's just a couple of minutes walk from the market which is great for shopping. Padam Ji also arranged our remaining trip with sightseeing and car. Overall, a great stay.
