This Hotel has no basic honesty. Besides that, you have no control over your hotel. The customer has been cheated by paying over rated amount. Henceforth I have to think about prior bookings through your system.

location was good but maintenance in room was not so good, bedding needs to be changed instead of two single one queen would be better.

This is not fit for the corporate guests, particularly those from MNC's. They have a veg restaurant, where you may not get even peanut masala..

The staff at the reception was very rude and he did not like the fact that we booked through MMT so he was like i can’t give you this or that you book online then talk to MMT only. My room is more expensive and he gave us the worst room possible, no hygiene is being maintained, the pillow, curtains, bedspread, towels were all never washed.

The hotel bolevard is very good for a stay in Shillong, it's a very well behaved staffs and excellent service

The location of the hotel is at a crowded place with lots of shops and restaurants, area is good for roaming and browsing through shops, the staff was helpful.

The property was not maintained well, it was a horrible experience staying in that hotel even for one night. I will attach pictures and videos to see the real situation of the room assigned. very overly priced, not even worth 1000Rs for which I paid . cabs can't go inside the lane, so we had to drag our luggage, no sign boards for the hotel, walls and ceiling has filthy seepage. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I trusted and you folks promoting such property and showing incorrect information on your portal has broken my trust. I lost trust . I had terrible experience staying in this hotel. Rooms were filthy , not maintained, seepage all over the ceilings, smell of dampness in the room

The hotel is next to the road, with constant noise all through. The walls have mold, making the stay very discomforting. There was a power cut and no generator was turned on, for 4 hours in the middle of the night, which is a scary situation for solo travellers. Power cut means one will not be able to use the room heaters, when it gets cold. Pros - Hotel Orchid has good food. Service was great! Servers are professional!

Overall, my stay at this Hotel was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and excellent hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable hotel experience.

It was clean and well maintained but the size of the room was too ****** the picture it was shown as different one but overall it was good
