Review Of Bi & Ti (B&B) | Room & Caretaker

Breakfast is quite good. The location is not easily accessible. Other than parking facilities are quite satisfactory.

Short on customer amenities, overcharged rooms, mosquitos, limited parking of 1 car only and free breakfast of 3 slices of bread/spoonful butter, a banana and an egg. But the owner is a nice person

Pillo cover and bed sheet were very old. The stand fan was noice full. No bathing soap was there in the bathroom. Apart from these all was good. Caretaker was helpful. Place was peaceful and silent. Also safe for staying with family/couple

I came here with my mummy for my exam for a single day. it was quite good and peaceful. The location is so safe n loving. The only problem an outsider might face is language communication. The room had unclean bedsheets and an old mattress, leading to a negative experience. Additionally, the kitchen and utensils were very unhygienic.

Nice Stay . Location is near to a small market, where u get all necessary items, and cook.. bathroom were clean, so we're the rooms .. Caretaker was nice, very well behaved.. If r u looking for a kitchen with 2-3 double bed in Shillong . It's the place to book at this budget. Overall experience was Really Good .

the stay was comfortable. host and caretaker were always attentive to my needs. they were not intusive and were very helpful. it was very cold so they gave extra comforter. it was all very pleasant. 😊😊

Property location near police bazar. Hotel amenities are available like the kitchen, living room but they demand extra charges for use of the amenities. Service was not satisfied they didn't care about the guest needs and also provided very poor quality clothes.

The extra mattress completely arrested the movements inside the room. The bathroom was spacious though and the breakfast was nice. We didn't have any complaints about the service.

As the room was booked for shared kitchen but the main utensil that’s the pressure cooker was not functioning well. Both of them are not efficient. Other than that ever was all right

I would definitely recommend people to choose bi & ti to stay during their trip to shillong. Well maintained homestay. Everything is superb.

Overall good homestay. Caretaker is very good. Rooms are small but clean. Overall good not excellent.

It was a good experience and we stayed for a night there. We didn't check about food and all. Internet speed is very good and property is located in shillong town. We can easily access center point.

It was showing wrong property location on the apple map. But thats to the property caretaker who guided us properly to reach to the location. And one more point i would like to mention related to bookings. I booked for 7 persons and as per my booking details i would get 2 rooms with twin sharing bed and 1 room with double bed. But i got all three rooms with double bed only. We all were tired and decided not to debate this time. So we somehow managed the night as we had to go to the cherapunjee next morning.

nice place but the room is not wide as shown in figure.. but good to stay ..also the room is very clean as well bathroom. special thanks to caretaker who always take care of us specially at night .. 💕nd mostly the breakfast 🥞 is too good ..

Caretaker was friendly & helpful. The location of the property is easily accessible from pb. The property has a common access kitchen where we can cook meals ourselves which i think gives a homely feel.

Very small room without check room condition not stay here too bad to stay. Early morning i leave this room.
