Food was good but bit expensive according to hotel, service was just ok nd bedsheet blanket seem to be used. So according to us accomodation was not good.

Not as per the description. Food quality was bad.. room service disappointing. We had booked 3rooms however basic things were missing in all the rooms.. TV was attached to the wall with no connection.. switches and lifhts werent working.. tolieteries werent there execpt for a small piece of soap.. we ordered lunch but was half cooked and tasteless... and the staff knew no language .. we trued communicating in english and hindi but was of no use... everything we had to call from our mobile to the reception and which was mist of the time found busy... overall a disappountung experience

description does not mention : 1. large part of property is under construction. 2. it's not a homestay, it's a hotel. 3. dormitory is separated from main building and not usable when it rains. we had a good stay though thanks to the hostess and good food. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and bonfire. location is on route of Dawki/Cherapunji.

Worst service, no water on the taps, no housekeeping service very worst, we paid 2700 per room but no good service on the app it was shown there will be born fire, swimming pool and many more but the there was nothing and it was not even mention that we have to pay for the born fire

Very bad services. No care of customers. They focus on parties they have organised and not take care of customers staying with them. We have to sleep empty stomach aa order we gave @7 pm not served us upto 10 pm and they don't take your requests and simply deny them as they don't care

there was construction everywhere. The rooms while they were clean was very small and dingy. The restaurant wasn’t operational, rooms were extremely noisy. The location was also terrible, it was not accessible ans very far. We checked out a day earlier
