Cozy and comfortable stay with good service.

The room was comfortable and staff was very polite and helpful.

All good. No complaint. Early breakfast denied. bed quality needs improvement.

The location is good…!! The room is good…!! The breakfast is below average…!! But as the TV doesn’t work, it is a bit difficult to spend time. Otherwise its a decent stay.

Location is near secretariat. Calm & quiet surroundings. There is no ac, although the rates are premium. Food taste is average & in breakfast only 3 options are available. Cleanliness & hygiene is good.

It's located in middle of the city, there is no view whatsoever. Food is average. We stayed in 2 type of rooms, junior suite and luxury room. Both were almost same, the Junior suite had an extra set of sofa chairs. Rooms are not very spacious but reasonable and clean. Staff and service is good. There are no other amenities in this property.

The property was well made, well maintained, rooms were v spacious and well lit. The location of the property was a bit in the interior, where commercial vehicles were not allowed, so we had to walk to the hotel however the staff helped us with the luggage and location. Regarding services, the staff did whatever they could to help us however, wont say the services were great, they were okayish. Overall the hotel has a lot of potential if it improves its menu and services.

Location is very good, quiet and not far from main shopping area, walkable distance. Staff are very helpful and cooperative and service is efficient. They serve food on order which is quite good. The Peartree has homely atmosphere. We really enjoyed staying here.

Clean and cozy rooms, location is very peaceful and at walking distance from Police Bazaar.

Dont book by seeing the inside pictures. Its in midst of a very crowdy traffic clumpsy area and the road to reach the hotel is very narrow. Room look wise good but not neat and its dusty. Breakfast is very limited. Bathroom has no cloth hangers. The area and location is too bad.

I stayed at this property from december 24th to 26th, 2024. While the property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful environment, and the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a clean bathroom, our overall experience was disappointing due to significant service issues. The major concern was the lack of electricity in our room since last night. Given the cold weather, we had to endure the night without a functioning room heater, which was highly uncomfortable. Additionally, the electric kettle did not work, leaving us without hot water to drink or use. Despite requesting hot drinking water from the staff last night, they failed to provide it, even though they assured us they would. This morning, when we visited the reception at 7 am to address the electricity issue and request hot water, there was no one present to assist us. Upon further checking, we noticed that other rooms also faced lighting issues, but their room heaters and kettles were functioning, which added to our frustration. The food options were very limited, though the taste was decent and had a home-cooked feel. However, the lack of variety could be a concern for those planning an extended stay. One of the biggest drawbacks was the absence of adequate staff support. Only one person stays overnight, which raises serious concerns about handling emergencies or addressing guest needs promptly. While the property has potential with its peaceful location and clean rooms, the poor service and lack of responsiveness left us disappointed. Addressing these issues is crucial for improving the guest experience.
