Review Of Hotel Anant Residency Katra

When I was check in, in Hotel at that time someone is check out the room, Hotel staff gave me that room, room is dirty. Bad experience

Food quality was very poor. Staff behaviour was good.

I repeat dont book this hotel, the rooms are humid, there is no wifi, no hot water, the bathrooms are filthy. I have checked every room, they don't follow compliances, they don't provide drinking water, they don't know anything, bedsheets are dirty, blankets are torn, remember its not even worth for a night, there is no telephone extension in the rooms, no wifi, don't book this, I repeat don't book this, there was no 0 rating, I would have given that if it was there, we book a room and we were using bathroom of the other.

Rooms were terrible booked for 2 nights but left the hotel next day morning.

Staffs behaviour not polite about online guests they treat us like we are just liability to them

Worst stay ever, MMT should definitely take up this the hotel or your reputation will be at stake. Its really a bad experience. No hot water, no cable TV, no room service, bed was dusty. Nothing to say more. Not happy.

The room and washroom was unhygienic. It was more like a Dharmshala. We could not sleep because of the bed bugs.

Room was clean and specious. Very near to the temple. Hotel is in the center of the Town.

Good place near to Katra railway Station.

We booked the room with 100% payment in advance via MMT, we called them twice confirming our time of arrival, from railway station also , we called them, but they allotted our rooms to someone else, and we had to wait for an hour to get our room. The staff was highly unprofessional, and were talking like goons. Not at all safe place to visit. Would have given them 0 rating. Bathrooms were stinking, bed sheets have big spots on them. Pathetic experience. Worst place to visit ever.

Stay was short, good room service, 10 minutes walk from Katra Railway Station.

Please change the detail in the website the detail mention is totally wrong this Hotel dont have wifi services which is very must in Jammu and Hotel is not clean

A nice pocket friendly hotel nearby Katra railway station. Enjoyed my stay at hotel. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. Cleanliness was also proper.

Location is only 600 meters to Station. The staff is friendly.

I booked for 3 adults, but they charge extra for one extra mattress. They gave room in which Telephone Extension Was not present.

The stay was comfortable. Hygiene was maintained in the rooms. The room had beautiful view of the path to Vaishno devi temple. The staff was also helpful and guided on collecting visit pass to the temple. Overall a pleasant experience.

Not good and rooms were shabby. Cleanliness is required
