The stay was okay, they don't take single occupancy so they made a fuss about it and asked me to cancel. It was only because payment was done beforehand that they let me in. The washroom was not clean, the bedsheet was not clean and had holes, used toiletries were provided and upon asking did i get a non fresh towel and a bad soap. The room had cockroaches. The guy switched off electricity to my room thinking i wasn't in?

2 points of concern. Rest all good. 1. They dont allow single guest. Please call hotel before travel. 2. They dont have a kitchen. You wont even get a plate if you get food from outside. Please decide accordingly.

JAI MATA DI You are right as 1) We don't allow single guest in the hotel. It's family hotel. 2) We only provide lodging facility. But, everything available at the door step of the hotel. As our Hotel is centrally located in the Katra town and the market and in the posh area of the town too.

Not recommended for family as well as couple.

coupleWhen we reached there they don't know about our booking. Then after some time finally we got the room. Once we enter we found that cockroaches are every where in room on bathroom, bed, walls. Even bathroom was also not cleaned. Not recommended for family and couples.

2. Electric kittle and heater was not allowed. Geyger was allowed for limited time only. Keeps on tripping. Poor quality. No cleaness in room. Over all services were poor.

Very bad experience

Booked tickets from make my trip rs 1200 per night for non ac while in 300 -400 same kind of room was available at location not worthy. Bathroom was not clean even not kund in bathroom.
