Basic required facilities available. Slightly costly as per amenities available but that is the scene at all pilgrim center

Basic room cleaning was not there. Utensils provided by hotel was not cleaned. Gyesor was not working properly. Bed sheets was having dark patches.

No good service, bad service, not clean room, bad experience

Not price worthy. Tv unit was not working. There was a dead spiders in ac vent. Fan regulator was not working. Almirah door was hanging out

Near by railway station hotel.

Hotel is very near to railway station. Staff was very well mannered and very helpful.

Nice stay in katra in devi empire hotel with small problems related to hygiene, which was solved by staff on demand. Thank you shri mata vaishno devi to give me such a wonderful chance.

I have seen cockroach on my bed and my break fast was eaten by rat in my room. Dust bin was un-cleaned. Commode seat plastic lid was not founded. There huge patches on the wall. Made by water. For all that i have paid rs for 1 night stay. Only the one plus point is that hotel just walking distance from katra railway station.

Food is good. Toilets are not at all clean. Very shabby.

Very unhygienic hotel. Bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned. Staffs are not supportive. Even 30 min of early checkin and checkout were not permitted. I had to pay one day extra charge for that. Do not recommend

Walking distance from railway station. The food provided here is good and staff behaviour is polite. Overall it is good.

I have booked a four bed room for three persons, as triple bed room wasn’t available & requested for early check in, as we were reaching Katra around 8:15 am & we wanted to freshen up and leave for Vaishnodevi within an hour or so. Here is what happened next, I got the call from hotel’s manager saying that due to heavy rush & full on bookings, he can’t give early check in, which I thought can be a genuine reason. When I have asked him what can be done, he had suggested to cancel the booking (₹ for 4 bed room) & directly pay him ₹, where he’ll provide 2/3 bed room, whatever will be available, to freshen up & later he’ll provide 3 bed room & additionally he’ll provide the drop to Ban Ganga, which sounded good, but when I had asked him if you have lot of bookings, how you’ll keep the 2/3 bed room spare to let us freshen up then he said, he’ll do it. Then I had asked him, so why we can’t keep the original booking & you just provide us a room to freshen up, why you’re asking to cancel the booking, where he asked me to follow what he’s suggesting. After giving it a thought, I just kept the booking & didn’t do any booking with him directly. When we had reached at the hotel, the same manager was there & he had asked us to pay to freshen up & after negotiating he came down to ₹ and provided the drop to Ban Ganga. But the thing is, he had spare rooms, which he was giving to people for an hour or so, just to freshen up & charging randomly. After we got freshen up in 2 bed room (3 bed room was also spare & manager had shown us that, but it wasn’t in a good shape that’s why it’s not on for booking, if I could have paid him directly, we needed to forcefully stay in that room), we needed to keep our luggage in hotel’s store room & once we’re back from Vaishnodevi, we’ll get our room & luggage will get shift. I am not sure by then, how many people had got freshen up in that room. When we had reached back to hotel and got the room, it was clean but few things were here and there, which looked like someone had used the room in our booking time.

Location is good very near to railway station and food restaurants. Hotal manager is very friendly and helpful. Must recommend please

Room was very small, not proper ventilation. Bedsheet was very dirty no words for washroom terrible hotel staff is polite
