Excellent and nice service. Water and things was arranged by them.am interested to book again at the same property.

"At the time of check-in, the reception staff were not respectful. Instead of attending to me, they were joking and talking among themselves in front of guests. I felt uncomfortable and not properly welcomed." I am disappointed with the service I received in the restaurant. Despite being a guest with a complimentary breakfast plan, I felt completely unattended and disrespected. None of the staff took care of me, and I was made to feel as though my presence did not matter. I kindly request you to address this issue to ensure better hospitality for all guests."

Location is very but need to improve cleaness because doormats not available towel also single heater not available tv also not smart tv

The hotel did not offer mineral water, soup. The room was clean. the worst stay will be less for this. no water in tap. dirty bed and toilet, dirtiest door mat and towels. unprofessional staff. If i could give -1 Star it would be the best.

The facility was too noisy. Couldn’t get a good sleep. The neighboring facility workers were yelling over the phone standing near to my room window…

In room alcohol smelling was there. No hot water in morning. Land phone was not working properly and room is not cleanliness

Overall hotel was good. Rooms neat. Towels were very old. Mosquitoes found. Staff were very polite. Food. Simple and good.

No hot water was available in the morning. Waited from 0600 to 0700. Previous evening also hot water was not available but when requested hot water was provided in bucket. Wonder why not available at the tap!

The hotel is not maintained well. The rooms were smelling and are very small. The services can be improved . It is not recommended to stay as the rooms were not cleaned before occupying ..

Nice stay nearby junction and need to improve in breakfast and service was good price is little high compared to direct booking.

I booked the room with the assumption that, i will get a price better than directly booking with the hotel. I was shocked to find that make my trip is charging almost 40% more than direct booking for exactly the same rooms. Moreover after giving 40% more we were offered a room where tv is not working and hot water comes only for scheduled time slot.

The toilets were not maintained well.

Excellent room and the service was very good. Very near to the Coimbatore railway station. It looks kind of unassuming from the entrance but the hotel is well setup. AC was available and all said facilities were available.
