The only benefit was it's location being close to railway station..other than that room was not clean, bedsheets were dirty..poor service..little cockroaches were present, tv was not working and even the washroom lock was broken..very poor experience

Stay was neat, got all the assistance needed. People were polite.

Close to Railway Station. Good place to quickly get ready & leave (or) while in transit. Affordable.

The staff was really helpful with local information and room service. Also the room was totally clean and just as same as shown in the photo which was actually the best thing.

Fan regulator is not working, washbasin water tap is leaking, two cockroaches found in washroom.

That hotel did even give water bottle, also give used bottle so worst in stay here so it’s worst day

Hello friends, bad service room is ok. No lift have to carry luggage by stairs. Expensive food as per quality.

good ambience and rooms are clean housekeeping services are good but they can't provide complete information about tourist places and their taxi driver are not good .they do not inform about the route and destination as well as they misbehave with us

Booked a business room ac for my family. Not spacious enough very poor cleaning of blankets and room and no hot water during entire stay. No room service and no response from reception guy and will not recommend to anyone
