Hotel rooms are good but no proper service available no hot water no toiletries used towel no breakfast room rates are very high compared to the hotel

recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff harassed me upon arrival, resulting in a forced room change after just four hours of stay. To make matters worse, the owner displayed unprofessional and bullying behavior. The condition of the rooms was deplorable – unkept, smelly, and the bathrooms were far from clean. This stay marked the worst hotel experience of my life. I strongly advise anyone considering booking at 107 not out to spend a little extra for peace of mind elsewhere. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and cleanliness, and I hope this review serves as a warning to potential guests and prompts the hotel to address these issues urgently.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel 107 notout. Room was very spacious, clean and decorative. Hospitality of the hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. The location is purely on a best place, on cuttack-puri road, tankapani road.
