All things are good like food, rooms are clean, property location is reachable. Staff are very helpfull

Food was good. But sanitation was a problem. At night there was a lot of ants and cockroach in the bathroom. Also saw a roach in dining area. Geyser in bathroom not working. Cable for TV was not clear.

Hotel staff is polite. We switched room no. 04 times while entering in hotel on the reason of view and floor from 2nd to ground. The staff always remain cool and help us in finalising the room. The ambience as well as the food provided in restaurant was excellent.

I have booked an Orchid Premium room including breakfast. They have given me a room in the new D block. I was expecting a brand new room but the cleanliness was average. The washroom was not up to the expectation as per the premium class. I have ordered a maharaja thali which was really good and breakfast was also good but the stay was average.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Staff is very cooperative. Good connectivity to majorly all the temples. Overall always a good experience.

Bad condition room , ac not working . Unclean bedsheet as well as the blanket .I wont ever recommend anyone for this property. Food quality was 2/10.

Worst hotel ever seen. No recommendation for this hotel. There were to many bed bugs in my room and hand got swelled

The restaurant/food was excellent, and we really enjoyed it. However, we faced some issues regarding the room allocation. The first room provided was not good – the room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. After requesting 4–5 times, Mr. Ajeet finally allotted us a new room, which was much better.

Uncleaned and smelly bathrooms. Untidy bed and bath linen . Rude housekeeping staff . No co-ordination. Will never suggest .. Roches all around . Never ever cleaned since build .
