I traveled with my 76 year old mother, we reached by 11 am and requested an early check in- the guy at the reception was extremely unprofessional - he charged us half a day for 2 hours early check and insisted we pay upfront and not on check out. we had taken the premium room, the bath area kept flooding with no outlet for water. we called the cleaners multiple times to pull water away. when he raised a ruckus about it- they offered to change room at 10 pm night and adjusted the early check in money. people go to Vrindavan for worship. hotels and staff like this leave a bad taste. if you are thinking of this hotel, just pay a little bit more and book Radisson- you will be much much better off.

I had a very disappointing experience. The quality of the food was terrible, particularly the mutton nihari, which is supposed to be an Agra specialty. There were mosquitoes in the room, requiring me to use an all-out spray. Additionally, the air conditioning was out of control; when I set it to 35°C, it felt more like 18°C.
