Hotel Orchid Heritage

My recent stay at Orchid Heritage in Vrindavan was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff extended a warm welcome, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself is well-maintained, offering a blend of modern amenities and traditional charm that reflects the spiritual essence of Vrindavan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast. The spread was both diverse and delicious, featuring a perfect balance of local flavors and international options. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served with genuine hospitality. Overall, Orchid Heritage stands out for its impeccable service, attention to detail, and serene atmosphere. Excellent Experience. Hospitality was very good. Staff & food both were good. Shivani was on the reception. She was very nice.

All hotel staff and faculty is very good specially Ms. Shivani and all other reception staff are helpful and proffesionally sound.

Staff is courteous… Room delivery was excellent & lightening fast, Food is delicious. House keeping service is prompt… Overall a great stay.. Had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is perfect,close to everything. Staff were warm, helpful, and courteous. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless, and the food was fresh and delicious with a good vegetarian variety,also staff were polite and professional. Overall, excellent cleanliness and service made the stay truly comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended! 🌟

Hotel location , view , parking is good . Rooms infra is good but hygiene and up to the mark. Our room was not properly cleaned and mopped. They put a lot of room freshner spray in central AC system. Further swimming pool not maintained properly. Lot of monkeys were taking bath in pool. They need to cover pool to avoid monkey. Food taste is good but variety is less .

We had a wonderful 3-day family stay here. The rooms are spacious with vibrant vibes, and the hygiene and cleanliness are excellent. Food quality and quantity were superb very tasty! Room service and food service were also prompt and good. The staff and housekeeping were very helpful, and a special thanks to Ms. Shivani for making our checkout process so smooth. Breakfast was also amazing. Overall, a great experience highly recommended
