Dirty flat + Bathroom+ Very dirty Utensil Accommodation 0 No drinking water Overall I am waste my Money. With your home stay. Don't recommend

Overall it was short and comfortable stay. We were tired as we completed Govardhan Parikrama. This stay gave us soothing vibes and due to its prime location we did get eating shops nearby. The rooms were clean.

it is a poorly maintained studio apartment. the bed sheet and pillow cover were in very bad quality and were not washed and cleaned regularly . Even , no care taker is available at this property. No person to shift your luggage / suicase/beg while check in check out time. we have to get it opened the lock by code provided by owner.

Location is good. Flate area also good. Over-all good. Tv is must but not available.

Stay was good, comfortable. We carried towels, extra blankets, toothbrush, sleepers with us so faced no issues. Food availablity issue was there, it was on certain distance from room. Swiggy delivered very late due to traffic. So arrange your food prior to reaching room. And carry all necessary stuff with urself. Room is only for stay. Hot water in bathroom, electric kettle, drinking water, tea bags were available.

Care taker is a very nice person. From start to end he took care of us. For any need he was available to help.

Clean and well maintained. Staff were good. Safe location for family. Complez has food plaza so u donot need to go out to search for food.

Really good campus and location value for money and i think it is very good place especially for car travellers due to restaurants in campus and parking

Room floor was very dirty and unclean and unmopped foootmarks and hairs lying around. Bedsheets were deficient. The contact person expressed his inability to do anything as it was late night. Bathroom sink blocked, broken commode seat, no mirror in room, no wardrobe.

Loved the campus and clean rooms also nearby to most of the temples nice gardens and security lived the stay

This is my worst experience. literally i am sick and with hotel and hotel person mr manish and mr harsh, first of all what location you feed and what room you shown to us, its totally different, location in other and room is different side 2nd thing mr manish is veryy irritating person. When i said to him he asked me to cancel the hotel, like, seriously, why should i cancel, i booked it for my convenience before my trip. Very irrelevant.

Good service and nice behaviour of owner lived the stay

I recently stayed at the omaxe eternity vrindavan, and i was very impressed with the studio room i booked. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and i slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with all the amenities i needed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is located in the heart of vrindavan, just a short walk from the krishna janmabhoomi temple. This made it easy to explore all the sights and sounds of vrindavan. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure i had a pleasant stay. Overall, i had a very positive experience at the omaxe eternity vrindavan. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in vrindavan.
