I booked 3 rooms via MakeMyTrip in this hotel. my booking was confirmed through MakeMyTrip but hotel denied any booking from their side. both make my trip and hotel were at fault. after so many request the hotel gave us 2 small rooms. really terrible experience. I want my refund from MakeMyTrip

There was no chair, table or hair dryer in the room although these facilities were shown at the time of booking. There was no water in the sink and the toilet was not clean. There was no electricity for 4/5 hours, the fan did not work the whole night. On complaining to the staff, we only got assurances but no solution. all of experience very bad 😞
