Room is very dirty and ambiance are horrible

Don't get trapped with images of this building, there was no facility mentioned in the room, I lived with 2 lizard , many spiders and webs, monkey , dirty towel, beds, curtains, no wi fi, poor service, less space for family. non refundable policy because they know once you paid nothing will be done, you will get stuck between your booking provider and property care taker, now you are inside the mini apartment so you have to stay. Proofs are attached. Don't get trapped here and look for another small property at least you can complain, nobody will pick the call for complaint, you will get a call for a check and on time check out. At the End make my trip won't help you, they will your calls on hold or executive will start behaving rudely and ignoring you as you have already paid and amount is non refundable. please avoid this property and make my trip

Pathetic room with pathetic details

Worst experience of stay. No clean beds ,no clean washrooms ,neither proper amenities.

First of all this is not a hotel, this is home stay ( dharmshala). Very dirty rooms, pathetic service, no intercom, tv is broken, wall plaster is coming out, Your stuff is also not safe there because they will come in your room and stole stuffs in your absence, they are big thieves, I had a very disappointing experience. The room was in extremely poor condition—shabby and poorly maintained. There was no service provided at all. The walls were full of cracks, with plaster peeling and falling off in several places. The washroom door had no knob, and brown tape was visibly used on the all doors, which looked very unprofessional and dangerous from security point of view . I would give it a zero. Definitely not recommended.

we book two rooms. this room is ok but Location Good, food not available. no soap, dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow, two days no cleaning, no towels. but another room is terrible, change room ac not working

worst experience I have feel in this hotel there are no any attendent are available no any person at the reception ac not work in the room water not coming in the toilet and many more issue hygiene was worst condition.

Very bad room & service tv not working room very dirty

Staying at Shyam Basera is a horrible experience. No room service provided. Much of electronics like T.V telephone are broken. The hotel management never replied on contact. service is very poor. On any difficulty at hotel one can never get any help at once. I got an uncleaned room. No amenities as mentioned here is provided.

My complete trip spoiled due to hotel I went there with my family and relatives, it's a tarrable experience , room is very darty , bed sheet and pillow cover , blankets etc as well darty , even they don't provide handwash, tawel , AC was also not working , I am going to consumer court.

Pathetic experience at property, wrote to your team on mail also, your team also said that we are helpless property not even picking their phone. I request for total refund
