cleaning is the main issue and water leakage in A.C.There is leakage also in comode.

Room was totally different from what they were showing. Lack of cleanliness- bedsheet and blankets were super dirty and same goes for the bathroom. Also, they didn’t provide all of the amenities that they were supposed to. And the location of the hotel is not at all good. Bring your own toiletries and TV and AC worked. I must say that the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Truely not good because room is dirty and AC not working properly and even fan not working. Not as expected and the location is not good , difficult to get taxi or rickshaw.

first they gave me a room after 2 hours and the AC was not working. and they said that in the heat AC choke,they have generators but they aren't used, they depend on electricity supply all night we spent without ac in this summer.

the rooms were completely different from what they have shown in the pictures. went with the family and it was the worst experience we ever had in our life. the bed was made of concrete. there was not even a bedsheet on the mattress, nor any pillow cover. the pillows were dirty as hell. some cheap wall panels were there in bad condition, don't know even if there was any concrete wall behind it or not as we were able to hear voices from the adjacent rooms. smelly washrooms

Room were not clean. Lights were hanging. Staircase footsteps are worst. Washroom were not clean. Staff were not supportive and gentle.

The hotel is at a very far distance from main city. Not suitable for family. Conveyance not available. Need to walk with language. Area is very quite and evening and night is terrible as there is complete silence. No open window towards atmosphere. Window open towards common gallery. Room is also too small. I don't like the hotel

Very poor experience and i think in my life it is first hotel where no proper food, no proper room ventilation, shower not work, no proper ac fitting, special it is a standard room but price they take delux room which is very costly as per hotel standerd. No telecom facilities available, food is very bad for health in complementary breakfast no proper menu is there even if u ask for cold water it is also charagable. I request for upcoming traveller please don't book this hotel.

It was a pathetic experience at YAMNOTRI DHAM.. they have taken extra 500₹ for booked room. Taken longer time for food delivery. No professionalism how to talk to customer. 🥹

Worst hotel they have created small rooms by doing board partition and there was no privacy. When you are speaking other room person will easily listen to your voice by sitting in his room
