The stay was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. Also the breakfast provided was fantastic and variety of options were provided

location was out of pondicherry toll, which was affecting us for the payment many times in a day. we have selected non smoking area, but given near smoking area and nothing was done when given complaint. the food was average on day 1, worst on day 2 and good on day 3 regarding breakfast. lunch and dinner were just average as we weren't having other option to go out due to heavy rains when we visited car parking space was wide and good. pool view was good, pool water was good.

It was a great experience the resort was good, also the staff was helpful, I really liked the pool and food. Thank you so much to all the admins and staff!!

The room was just okay, and the bathroom was disappointing with old fittings and poor shower quality. It feels like an old property, not really worth the money. The food was average, but the outside area was nice and well maintained.

It feels relaxed all around. An amazing pool and cozy rooms made it a great city escape to relax and enjoy yourself. overall it is a good stay. But the location is a bit far(6-7 kms) away from the city centre

the property is good but was not well maintained over all. the service was pathetic.. even after calling multiple times the staff didn't come to room . for breakfast also they were taking time to refill everything.

Room service was not good at all, They have upgraded our room but it was like it is degraded They use to keep cycles earlier and it was removed and looks like lot of cost cutting happening there.. this is far from most of the beaches around 20 km

I been calling through hotel to postponed the checkin dates due to unfortunate incidents , none of the phone they dint bother to answer

The propert is really well maintained, the receptionist was really helpful, food is good, will be definitely be booking the same hotel for our next stay

It was a wonderful property for a family stay along with kids with decent Dinner Buffet and breakfast spread!

Disappointed with the hotel and service. The entire room smells very bad odor. The AC is not working and complained many times; finally, they changed the other room. The bed is not clean. when I tap the bed, dust flows all over. The washroom is horrible and bad smell.

Smelly bathrooms, plumbing and ac problems, and a repaired mini fridge. Food was average. We were not able to stay in the restroom for more than 2 minutes. We asked them to clean the restroom 2 times a day. Still it didn't solve the issue

The staff is very friendly, the food and ambience very good. lots of places to play with kids. easy to access the location.

TV is not working...and activity area worse, nothing under working condition.poorly maintained rooms.breakfast is good.

The property is old and has rooms with malfunctioning ACs and stinky bathrooms due to faulty drains. The service is very slow and staff is undertrained. The breakfast served was ok but most items would run out leaving guest wondering when it will get refilled and no staff to assist. All the popular beaches are atleast 8-10kms from this property.
