The location is good, food & services were average

The rooms were smaller than expected as compared to other hotels. The food was good and I would personally recommend the special veg thali. The hotel is very close to the hospital so it made it easier to go from one to the other.

bad experience lifting and washroom very bad 😞😞😞

The rooms are extremely small and dirty. I saw a rat was roaming in my room. Not even worth 500 rs let alone 2000 that i paid.

Overall it was a great experience. All staff members were very cooperative. It is within the close proximity of max hospital

Property is situated on the main road of a prime location in saket, delhi. The staff was courteous. The food was hygienic and tasted well.

Very clean room with very supportive staff. Loved our stay. We find this hotel on make my trip. I ordered tea and coffee. Loved the tea so much. They add ginger in tea it's very good. Aslo ordered a veg thali. It was good too.

There the service is totally poor, even if u order a cup of tea, it took almost 1 hour to deliver to your room. Bathroom was also very very poor and smelly. When it was time to check out i told them to give me more 2 days, becoz of my problems i need to stay more they charged me 1700 more for 2 days.

The hotel was neat and clean. However it was a bit expensive because it is near to max hospital.

My advice - you should keep 3-4 clothes hanger in your wadrobes. That will be very comfortable for visitors
