Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Golden keys Hotel, asok vihar. The hk and hospitality were excellent and the staff ensured a very comfortable experience. A special mention to Mr. Paramveer Singh, who was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to cater to my Stay requirements with great diligence. Good Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and helpful, and the location was convenient. However, I feel the price was on the higher side compared to what was offered. While the stay was pleasant, the facilities and services did not fully justify the cost. A bit more value for money in terms of room size, amenities, or complimentary services would make the experience much better.

Room is clean and hygine, good location, bed clean comfertable. Well beheaver staff, bathroom is clean and hygine. Testy food , food is not available on online payment. Plz strt online payment for food. All over experience is excellent.

Poor Stay
The hotel seems to be run by the least interested and highly demotivated staff who have no sense of responsibility and ownership. The room service is one of the slowest I've ever seen. You'll have to ask them atleast 4-5 times to get your task done with an interval of more than an hour. Cherry on the top, the food services are said to be offered by the third party vendor and thus hotel staff bluntly redirects to them even though when I'm booking a property they should be held responsible as well for the services and payment since they are the primary booking source. The room food service is way below average. For every single food item delivered, they will ask you to pay right away, like seriously? It seems we are gonna run away without paying. Every single hotel has the bill presented to you when you check out so that you pay the consolidated amount at once and not like the drip billing system they have implemented. The basic service of proving a plate, spoon, bowls is something you'll have to tell them N times to be presented to you and that too with a sheer disappointment on the face of the server as if you are asking something extra ordinary. To much of a surprise, the breakfast added to the room was good. The rooms and the washroom were not very clean either. You'll have to ask them for every single basics like towels, toiletries, bucket etc which is something that should be well setup before your checkin itself. The staff seems really non cooperative and dull. The property is decent enough and can do really well if managed well.

worst hotel to stay
Room was too small, AC not working, washroom was pathetic, commode was broken , AC in cafeteria in terrace not working. Plates in cafeteria are not clean.

Refund my amo
I'm staying since last 3 days at hotel golden key at new Delhi and suffering so many issues at this property. there are no house keeping staff for room cleaning since 1st day nor basic amenities at room even if I'm ordering my meal from out side then hotel staff denied them to place the order at room nor they have their own staff who can sent the meal at my hotel room. kindly check the issue or refund my amount asap.
