room is good but old setup AC was not functioning properly Driver accommodation was confirmed but when driver went the room was not in good position and he slept in car . Driver also couldn't get hot water as there was only cold water tap available though the security mentioned to him hot water is available

Terrible Stay

I opted smoking room and the room was so dirty, the cushions have turned black disgusting the water bottles which they provide, the neck of bottle had food residues!!! I felt vomitting Even the washroom was not maintained, it looked like I checked in to a recked old apartment Really not expecting this from the property I have stated before but this time was horrible extremely bad experience

Local id proof has been accepted on Make my trip application but I booked and go to hotel he said not accepted on local id proofs my native place in Tiruppur and my wife proof was Tirunelveli he should be completely hesitate to accept my id proofs and show me tha marriage function invitation and I sent it and then he will give the room key they very rediciulos on the hotel completely poor on hotel side..
