Staffs response was very poor

Hotel food is good , but the room service number attenders are pathetic , serving girl was not listening properly and took my chappati away. Reception chkin was good and smooth Checkout girl was slow and not updated about my chkout instructions Tables in resturant needs cleaning after people do bf it was left dirty and we everytime asked to clean it .

Nice place to stay , cooperative staff ,excellent room and room service . Good parking space and all other everything fine

Rooms would have been maintained well ..can see fungus and crack on wall....food was good but can see insects moving around the are ..

It was mentioned on booking that complimentary early check-in available. But they asked for early check-in extra amount. After contacting MMT helpdesk they said room is not available. Troublled a lot due to this ontime issue.

The room was quite ordinary. The complimentary breakfast was below average. U had sought a wake up call but that did not happen. The entire hotel needs a revamp especially the painting at the lobby. I had paid per night for a single occupancy but the stay was not worth the price. You may see my travel records. All my flight travel is booked only through your app. But my first experience in booking a hotel with you was a nightmare. Hope corrective measures are taken. Thanks 🙏

Great location, well maintained rooms, good service and food. Breakfast buffet is worth the extra money.

Stayed in this hotel many times . Prosperity is located in the prime location. Path to parking is very steep. Only expert driver should try it. Book for breakfast in advance or let it be a combo along with accommodation

Location is nice. Food was good, but can have a little variety. Service is good. Towels and bedsheets are washed but it’s almost time to get replaced.

Very bad experience food was also average room service staff were not good very rude continueous noise was there couldn’t sleep until 1.00am even after complaint it was still going on and on. Hot water supply was also not available in our room as it was under repair that was told to us. Inspite of complaining nothing was improved. WiFi was also not working. Even wasn’t available when we ask for a refund and to shift in another hotel. They said you have booked you complain them for a refund. executive was available only on the last day without any resolve.

Very very very worst experience. Too much if frustration. There are lot of music and dance playing in ground floor. That vibration affecting in third floor. We can't even sleep properly. No response from them. Do not go

The hotel is in a good spot on Avinashi Main Road, near Shahi Grill and across from Hotel SMS. It’s easy to find, and they offer valet parking, so you don’t have to worry about where to park your car. Checking in was quick and simple, which was a nice start. The hotel has a bar in the basement, a rooftop DJ music area, and a barbecue restaurant on the ground floor. These give lots of options for fun and food. The room was clean and big, but we noticed cracks on the walls, which didn’t look good. The in-room dining menu had many options, but we were disappointed that some basic items like mutton and French fries were not available. Sleeping here was a big problem. The DJ music from the fourth floor was so loud it was hard to rest. Even after complaining, the staff said it’s always noisy on Saturdays and Sundays. This made us feel like customer care wasn’t important to them. We really liked the look of the hotel and the rooms, but because of the bad service and the noise, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to our friends or family.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The business room, featuring a king-size bed, was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. However, the presence of cracks on the walls was an unfortunate detail that detracted from the overall experience. Dining options at the hotel are diverse. A barbeque restaurant is situated near the reception, while a pub is located in the basement. A rooftop with dj music on the 4th floor adds an enjoyable touch to the property. The complimentary breakfast offers a selection of south indian dishes, and the staff were generally attentive and accommodating. Additionally, food delivery services like zomato and swiggy are available until midnight, providing further convenience. However, in-room dining proved to be less reliable. Although the menu offered a variety of options, many items were unavailable during our stay. We were particularly disappointed to find that even basic items like mutton and french fries were not in stock. Fortunately, there are several dining establishments within a short walking distance of the hotel. One of the major drawbacks during our stay was the noise disturbance from the rooftop dj. Despite multiple complaints, the management did not address the issue, and the response received indicated that noise levels would be higher on weekends, which reflects poorly on the hotel's customer service standards. This significantly impacted our sleep quality and overall experience. In conclusion, while the hotel offers some appealing features, the noise disruption and lack of responsiveness to guest concerns make it difficult to recommend, especially considering the price paid for the stay.

no 24*7 service … room service calls are not even picked up for morning coffee or tea .. when we check with reception they say we don’t have enough people for room service. food was good and hospitality in the barbecue restaurant was very good
