Nice stay, amazing hospitality, nice food, well behaved staff at the house boat, music system available

Food was excellent. Assigned boat was not in a good condition. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Dirty water supply. Ride was not taken for a long distance and boat moved in a pathetic way. Toilet seat cover and hand shower was broken. Wood in the bedroom was full of dust. Except food nothing was in a good condition. In short not worth for the money. Booked based on the reviews in online also this was not our first time in a houseboat. Think twice before booking based on online reviews.

We stayed in go kumarakom houseboats for an overnight stay with my family group and everyone enjoyed well. From check-in to check-out, they ensured the best service. Special mention to the staff, management and their cooperation. They were really helpful and friendly. Food part was really awesome and everyone enjoyed their special dishes. Before preparing anything, they always enured our choice. This was the best stay we had at our entire kerala trip. Thanks again to team go kumarakom houseboats. We will definitely come back next year for this wonderful experience.
