The room was very neat and clean, the food was also very good, amenities, service everything was 5 out of 5. Everything in the room was helpful and hygen was properly maintained, it was a very nice stay.

This resort has good ambiance. restaurant serves good food, breakfast has live counter and good spread. Staff is helpfull and polite. Nice place for family vacation.

I booked family cottage from 16th to 17th Aug. when I reached hotel, the hotel management informed me that this room category is overbooked and we can’t provide you the same. After waiting 1 hour they provided other room which was below then the booked category. However, after lots of argument and debate they apologies for their mistake and offered me complementary dinner. But this whole episode spoiled my last day of vacation which a dinner cannot compensate at all.

The greatest advantage of the hotel is that it is barely 300 meters from SULA. The food is nice and reasonably priced. The property is well maintained. However, the upkeep of rooms can definitely be better .

The property is situated in a prime location (Diagonally opposite to Sula & Next to Sadhna Chulhevarchi Missal restaurant. Good breakfast spread, polite staff, well maintained rooms, delicious food, swimming pool is a must enjoy space. The kids play area also has many options with good safety. We will surely come back with family 😇 It was super duper fun 😀

Rooms and bathroom are quite spacious. Swimming pool is 5.5 ft .. pool attendent is very helpful. Property is clean and well maintained. Inspite of all the greenery around we did not face issues with mosquitoes or flies. Very close to Sula. Food at the restaurant was also very good. One thing I would like to point out is - Reception. It's ur first point of interaction with the hotel and should be an engaging experience. While checking in and checking out.. the people at the reception were so dull and seemed like they were terribly bored with their job 😂 they did their job properly.. I guess that is more important than people skills

Had an amazing stay at the freesia resort! The property was beautiful and well-maintained, the food was absolutely delicious with great variety, and the facilities—from the pool to the kid play area —were top-notch. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

Parkside cottage is too expensive for 2 rooms it cost us 18k....and avg this room charges goes upto to 12k.... need make my trip person to intervene and revert why so high. The property is great. Amazingly well maintained and a pure bliss to connect with the nature and to spend a very beautiful vacation

This stay totally ruined my trip. I wouldn’t return to the property and never suggest anyone to stay there at all.

location was good as on the main road. Food was excellent... tasty and good value for money. Services were good too. only issue we had was with hot water as it was available for short time and we had to inform the reception about it. overall was a nice and pleasant stay.

Please ambiance the resort is between the mango garden. Well maintained peaceful place. Swimming pool is neat, clean and hygienic. Play area is maintained well. Room service is excellent.. staffs are very helpful and co operative. Breakfast was lovely both North Indian south indian are amazing

Overall ok. Rates are compatitively high but facilities are not that great. No inhouse playing area available. Cleanliness and hygiene is not that up to the mark
