Food is not so good no taste at all as per the charges of the hotel , They didn’t have control over the lights in the room it was getting on automatically the whole night we couldn’t sleep coz even the switch’s were off room was lighting up full power every other hour n disturbed the sleep like hell.

Treat hotel nashik Stay was good, hotel ambience is good bt little high price and what they offering like tooth paste n other things was pathetic u need to call.them and ask for ..not even good quality of soap and shampoo or Shaving kit as well...highly disappointed with room service..cost cutting which is not acceptable like this

Good Stay
The hotel location was excellent. The place was pretty cozy. The rooms were nice, but it took a long time to get the room around four in the afternoon or else. Everything was perfectly fine. Thank you.

AVg place, chk other options for this price range
People here were really kind and welcoming, but the property itself could’ve been better. There was no driver accommodation available, which made things a bit inconvenient. Also, when we requested extra towels, the staff didn’t oblige. Overall, the service was avg, but the amenities and flexibility could use some improvement.

Perfect Stay at Treat Hotel Nashik – Great Food & Peaceful Ambience
Had a wonderful experience at Treat Hotel, Nashik! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and always ready to help. Food quality was amazing — especially the breakfast buffet and room service. Location is perfect, close to the main city spots and easy to access. Great value for money and ideal for both couples and families. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Nashik!

False Assurance
Already told at the reception one day prior to personally make the arrangement for king bed, and they assured that. But when we checked in 11.30pm the room was stinky, then they were twin beds. Very bad management. Pathetic.

Excellent Stay
The food was excellent, both in Breakfast and Dinners. Location of Hotel is appropriate to nearby city places to visit and close to Highway, There is enough parking space and a walking track & lawns area. It would be best if it can include the children's play area too (indoor games). The behaviour of all the staff members was very good. Overall a very good experience.

Breakfast Options Are Less Comparing To Same Class/Type Of Hotels .The Management At Restaurant Was Poor .The Food Was All Cold And No One Was Refilling It Fast . There Should Be More Options In Menue For Buffet The Bread Was Very Bad

1. Lack of basic amenities in the shower: There was no soap or shampoo holder in the shower area, making it inconvenient to use toiletries. 2. Incomplete toiletry set: Conditioner was not provided, which is generally expected in hotels of this standard. 3. Missing hand towels upon arrival: There were no hand towels available in the room at the time of check-in. 4. Inflexibility with food warming service: I was not permitted to heat food I had brought from outside. Small courtesies like this are what often distinguish a true five-star experience. 5. Disruption due to untimely service/maintenance: Housekeeping or repair work was attempted in our room during my rest hours, and I had to repeatedly decline the service at that time. It was disruptive and could have been better scheduled. 6. Discomfort from bed arrangement: Two single beds were pushed together to form a king-size bed, but the noticeable gap in the middle made it uncomfortable for sleeping.

Poor Stay
As per the price the stay was not appropriate. I I book the stay with food dinner and breakfast, but at the time of dinner, there was not at all proper service given to us. We went into the restaurant at 8:30 and until unless we leave, they didn’t provide us any water bottle when I asked the waiter to provide me the water bottle, he said it’s chargeable. I even said it’s okay. I will pay for it, but I didn’t get any water bottle till I leave for every meal. I used to wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes, even though I pre-ordered everything still, they had a very precise and small menu, where I thought they might have an buffet or something, but there was no such option. This thing should have been communicated an earlier only the check-in was not welcome properly where we saw other people getting welcome by Tilak and everything you were just welcome by normal. In room, the TV was not at all working. I tried connecting my Wi-Fi. I tried connecting Hotel Wi-Fi, but it was not at all getting connected, which was really unacceptable. I called the reception reception and they will be sending someone it was night, 11, but no one came. I thought at least duty manager might look into this, but they didn’t in washroom. There were no hand wash. There were no tissue paper. There were no hand towels. Really unacceptable, I am saying this because I paid a certain amount. Every time I stay at different properties at a good properties. There is no problem paying a higher price where I paid a higher price, but I didn’t get the service as that I think trade should focus more on customer service, not just showcasing them in a very good level on social media.
