I had a food poisoning in the hotel from the breakfast. The whole hotel knows about it, but the hotel has not given any concessions. I had to stay two days extra to complete the job for which I went to Gandhinagar. The stay was extended by my company and paid the full amount. Very terrible experience.

The reception area hadn't have AC working. The AC in the room was also not working as per expectations. Cooling in the room was terrible. We had asked for help and the person mentioned it would be fine in sometime but it wasn't.

Our stay in haveli inn was an average experience. The ac was not working properly. Inspite of requesting the staff to fix it, none of the actions were taken. The room wasn’t exactly clean and the bedsheets were also dirty.

Hotel is not at par with other five star hotel, very old building, even suite is not as per standard, simply bigger size double room. Dining is normal. Hotel don't have any facility for driver, even don't have wash room. I think their staff like security etc use open public space for their nature call. It is an average hotel
