The hotel is newly buillt and good but had an issue with AC. However the staff has assited us and resolved the issue

Nice experience of staying at Hotel Surya Palace, Vavol, Gandhi Nagar. Staff members are amicable & supporting. Food quality is superb. Room was very neat & clean. Ambience and location also good. All time taxi /Auto facility is available. It is nearby Gandhi Nagar City Railway station. Thank you 😊 🙏

In spite of informing that we have a late check-in and also calling and informing the time, we were still asked to wait for check in at 1:30 AM, while another room was checking out. They were any way waiting for a cab. the Reception should understand that guests coming in at 1:30 AM will be tired. We paid for a higher category room but were surprised that the room had no window. When we asked the reception to change the room, he said that they were sold out. However, the next morning, while having a cold breakfast at 9:30 AM, we noticed there is no rush is the restaurant. Upon asking the manager, he informed that the hotel is largely vacant. So the previous day information was not correct. Also, there were no large towels in our room. All in all, the hotel has potential, it is close to the helipad center where guests are attending exhibitions. The rooms are nice.
