Review Of Forest Sunrise Villa | Entire Villa

After booking this villa i got a call from manager that it wasn't available, hence he offered me another property as a nice gesture. He even tried to cancel but it didn't work out, i had already made full payment. Even after waiting for a day didn't give me call back for replacement property. As i my travel plan was next day after booking i had to settle down for lower property than booked. The manager rahul was very cooperative and managed to provide another one on bit lower rates and did partial refund. However i couldn't get as great experience as i was looking for. The other property was definitely nice but wasn't excellent as the one i booked. should have refunded me the amount in this case instead of waiting even after my escalation.

Road to reach the villa is not available.

If you want natural stay, you choose this villa. Yam-my and testy food reasonable rates of food. Traveller visits near site scenes point. Villa near valley, so look like himalaya and ooti. In rainy season water falls seen very amazing that's i think. In over all very enjoyable place and fulfill of your money

Difficult to find property especially if you are travel-ling late in the evening.

The house is very spacious and the interiors are well decorated. The view from the verandah is too good. This place is a little far from city but you will love it if you're a nature lover. Not to mention, you can see the sunrise very well from here. The caretaker was very helpful and also served tasty food. The owner was very nice too, he followed up regularly to ensure nothing went wrong. Overall, i can say this place is very underrated and we cant wait to visit again

I booked my stay with mm t and informed the owner, mr rahul, he asked what deal did you get when i said the amount he was like it is too less i will see what to do. Then around 11:30 pm just a day before check-in he text-ed me that he can’t give the property as he found another customer who is giving him more rent. And to mm t people he gave an excuse that his caretaker is not available. Guys, please do not book this property the owner is greedy and very unprofessional
