Very dirty property.. Not clean... Near ड्रेनेज... Not food available...

rooms are not properly maintained as per price room service is poor

The property is well-located and easily accessible. The rooms could be improved with better maintenance and regular cleaning. The breakfast is good in terms of quality and quantity but could be enhanced in taste. The swimming pool needs regular cleaning to maintain hygiene. The room TV was of good quality.

The rooms were very much cleaned. Affordable price of the rooms and food we ordered. They provided a complimentary breakfast with our choice.

Went with family. The place is close to central market of mahabaleshwar and mahabaleshwar bus stand so it's really in the prime location. Rooms were adequate, with balcony and there is a restaurant to avail food if you want. The pool was an amenity we loved.

Very worst service. Room was flooded with drainage water. No pure check up by them before check in. Tv was available no range of network. See the photos where you can see the person is cleaning the floor with a inner after we check in. Not any cleaning material also available in this room. So worst condition room.

The hotel did not provide breakfast window not opening

Rooms were moderately clean and not upto the mark, considering the price point of the rooms, host was very helpful but just bit disappointed with the rooms and infrastructure of the room

Pros: rooms are good. Caretake vaibhav is good. Breakfast although limited option was good. Service is good cons: surroundings are not up to the mark old building, needs lot of rework. Since we went during season, felt price was a little high based on what they offered. Rest an average stay with good location to visit nearby spots.

It was a good stay but the hotel room, bedding, bathroom was avegrage. Host is friendly and food was good.

Average cottage stay. Recommended for only bachelors. There was no soap, water availibitly in room. Small rooms cottage with ac/non ac option and balcony no balcony option. Located near to market. Over all i will rate this cottage 5 out of 10. Price quoted was too high with such average rating. One host come care take4 is there here, he is like helpful.

Overall good experience of our stay location is good and near city centre, owner behaviour is excellent he personally look after every thing

Very poor. Other than attendent no staff is in hotel. No room service available. Upon request after 2 hours water and towels sope is provided.

The property is stay without much amenities but safe and quite place. The location is in middle and you can easily cover all tourist attraction spot here. We are pure veg and we're worried about food but they do maintain good quality of separation and we liked the food provided. Food cost is on higher side

Property location is well placed in beautiful wilderness and strawberry farms and by the road, all the sites in accessible distance, loved the homely food after full day snacking during site visits, loved the cozy rooms for full night peaceful l sleep, felt safe and enjoyed the stay with my family.
