The hotel was disappointing—dirty rooms, rude staff, and poor service. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the bathroom was filthy. Noise from other guests kept us awake all night. Breakfast was included but they were saying you have to pay again for breakfast . Overall, it was a frustrating stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it.

Good experience but staff service could be better as we had to wait for room order service and got late to catch the flight

No food available nearby for vegetarians, no food available in the hotel only tea on demand, room was neat & clean but the bathroom was stinking.

Could have provided at least a towel and some drinking water. Otherwise, the room was good and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Hotel people loves rat, cockroaches and domestic lizard because they kept all of them in my room and other room people have also same complaint. I clicked some photographs also. Bathroom has very unusual smell which I felt really bad all the time. During check-out they included others bill into my bill when I asked justification they took 40 minute to sort all the issue and later accepted their fault they are simply looting pal by fake bills also. Very poor experience.
