location bahut kharab hai, Room me aur bahar bahut ganda smell tha mere bed pr ek bari si मकड़ी chlte hue bed ke niche chli gai staff se bola to wo khoja pr मकड़ी nhi mili room aur hotel bahut chhota tha mai do din ke liye room book kiya tha pr pahle din hi 3 PM pr dusra hotel khoj kr use chhor diya jiska

stay is clean, and all time water and geyser available, wifi connection is good 😊. and staff is very friendly 😁.

good location. walking distance from mall. atmosphere are good. good for baby and children.

The staying experience was quite good. We took the 4 bedded room and it's view and comfort was excellent. Highly recommended. Also don't miss the view from their roof, you'll get an excellent panoramic view of the Kanchenjunga range.

The bedsheet and blanket had a bad smell, there was no basic facilities like drinking water and 24/7 hot water available. Only positive thing about this hotel is It's location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cosy, very neat and clean, and the view from the room was excellent. The caretakers were extremely helpful, and the owner was very cooperative .Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely come back again!

The ambience and the facility of the room was as expected, the location is nice, the sunrise at Kanchenjunga is visible through the window of the washroom, food supplied as per order was tasty. Location is excellent, food is tasty, Kanchenjunga is visible through the window of the washroom
