Worst Hotel I travelled in Indore. No Courtesy. No hygiene.
Person who is acting like owner doesn't have any courtesy to speak with customer.. I have checked in at 3.00 am on 03rd sept 2025 and requested stay till 1.00pm.. Due to rain we checked out at 1.45pm... For that he has argued and started speaking in loud voice and took extra and didn't even bother to give bill No hygiene food was applied... Breakfast provided in a plate which was not washed properly and ciggerate marks was there I have booked Executive room for which make my trip was charged and they have provided with normal delux room inspite of having Executive Rooms

Horrible experience
Horrible experience,Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.For room service,they have arrangements with some outside vendor whom you need to call on mobile number.Food comes packed.The hotel will not provide plates,spoon or glass.My booking was with breakfast.For this too they have arrangements with opposite general store who serves poha on a piece of paper,That’s it.Even tea is not provided

i have booked this hotel including breakfast. but they were denied in the morning time marking an excuse they said breakfast at 11 am . I was getting late for my flight that's why I checked out this property at 9.15 am . Walkable distance to the airport, the room was neat and tidy, towels had a lot of stains and were smelly, the plates and spoons served in the room were also not of good quality and there was no lift. The toilet commode could be cleaner as they had dark stains.

towel should have been of better quality. TV Wi-Fi was buffering. couldn't watch TV. no lift to go to 2nd floor.

The receptionist was not at all supportive. Room and Bedsheets were not clean. Services were non professional.

Location of the hotel is very close to Devi Ahilya Bai International airport. There are so many mosquitoes in the room. we were given a room under the stair case and do the layout is so uneven. Not at all satisfied with room on the ground floor.

Hotel not allowed early check in , all rooms are empty but still he has not allowed. We have requested him just allow as only 1 hour allowed

Terrible Stay
Firstly fabhotels dont seem to be having the concept of customer service. No one picks calls and no one calls back if u are stuck. The room didnt have a key. Poor service. No lift. Infested with mosquitoes. No customer service by fabhotels. When we asked for breakfast, we were told ‘ poha ke alawa kuch nahi milega’ and we were handed two small paper cups of tea and two small fist-sized bundle of paper wrapped poha. This was when we paid for breakfast online. Very poor uncourteous staff. They dont knock and simply start trying to open the room from outside. No latch on the inside of the door- the door which didn't have a key to lock if you would want to go out. No latch inside the bathroom. Terrible fabhotel stay
